PRIVACY POLICY

One of the fundamental rights of an individual is the protection of the processing of their personal data.

Agram TIS d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 282, 10 000 Zagreb, OIB: 99681708224 (hereinafter: the Company) collects, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: the Regulation).

The Company is responsible for ensuring the adequate protection of personal data processing and, accordingly, implements all appropriate organizational and technical measures.

The information that the Company is obliged to provide to a natural person from whom it collects and processes personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, is contained in the Company’s form, the so-called IOOP.

If you have any questions about how the Company uses your personal data or wish to file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Officer or send your request directly via email to:
dpo@agramtis.hr, using the completed request form for the exercise of data subject rights.

Only after your identity is indisputably confirmed (by presenting an identity document or by sending a copy of the document bearing your handwritten signature if submitting the request via email), will the Company proceed with the request.

If the Company has reasonable doubts regarding your identity when submitting the request, it may request additional information necessary to confirm your identity, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

The Company will respond to your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month from the date of receipt of the request.

This period may be extended by two additional months, taking into account the complexity and number of received requests.

The Company will inform you of any such extension within one month from the receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.

If the Company does not act on your request, it will inform you without delay and at the latest within one month from the submission of the request of the reasons for not acting and of the possibility of filing a complaint with the “Personal Data Protection Agency.”

The Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs or refuse to act on your request if your requests are clearly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repeated requests).
